+ What does KüBS mean?
KüBS stands for Kristina’s Under Boob Sweatpads. Kristina Jobin is the founder and inventor of KüBS.
+ When should I wear KüBS?
Anytime you want! KüBS are ideal for going braless. Your outfit can be perfect, and you won’t have to worry about boob sweat. Some of our favorite occasions include: weddings, date night, work events, birthday parties, and other celebrations.
+ What are KüBS made of?
KüBS are made from an organic cotton based non woven material sourced from South Carolina.
+ What adhesive is used for KüBS?
KüBS utilizes medical grade adhesive that is manufactured in the US. It is safe for sensitive skin. If for some reason a reaction to the adhesive occurs, cease use immediately.
+ What cup size do KüBS work for?
KüBS are designed to fit a wide range of cup sizes. We believe KüBS are best suited for sizes B-H. We are working hard to bring you more sizes of KüBS.
+ Are KüBS suitable for plus size women?
Absolutely! If you have boobs that sweat, KüBS are suitable for you!
+ Will I feel KüBS when I wear them?
If applied correctly, then KüBS will be so comfortable you will forget they are even there!
+ How long can I use KüBS for?
KüBS are single use. We recommend wearing them 8-12 hours.
+ How do I apply KüBS?
Applying KüBS is just four easy steps!
1. We recommend standing in front of a mirror. Peel off the top protective paper from the top of the pad.
2. Lift boob and adhere pad to the top of your torso along boob fold.
3. Peel off protective paper from the bottom of the pad.
4. Make sure the adhesive is smooth and press firmly.
+ How do I remove KüBS?
When you are done with KüBS, gently peel from the corner of the top adhesive, followed by the bottom adhesive.
+ Is it painful to remove KüBS?
KüBS should not be painful to remove. When you are done wearing KüBS and you are ready to remove them, gently pull at the corner at the top adhesive until its completely detached. Then repeat the process with the bottom adhesive. If discomfort occurs dampen the pad either with a wet cloth or by getting into the shower then gently pull the pad off.
## + I have sensitive skin. Will KüBS irritate it?
KüBS are made from a cotton based non-woven that should not cause irritation. Our adhesive is medical grade and is suitable for all skin types. We have taken the upmost care in selecting materials that are suitable for as many people as possible, that being said, if irritation does occur you should immediately cease use of the product.
+ How long will my KüBS take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. US based orders should arrive in 3-5 business days. UK / Australia is up to 45 business days. Choose Kubs Ltd. is not not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.
+ Can I change my order once it has been placed?
If your order has not been packaged we are happy to update it for you. However because we process orders in 1-2 business days we can not guarantee being able to accommodate your request in any predetermined amount of time.
+ Returns
Due to the nature of our product we do not accept returns. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with KüBS, we are happy to offer you a refund within 14 days of delivery minus the cost of shipping. Keep your KüBS as our gift to you.
+ Refunds for subscriptions.
For subscriptions we offer a refund of 50% minus the cost of shipping if requested within 2 weeks of delivery.
